Recipes and how to make potato cheese crackers









Potato and cheese is fit to be processed into delicious snack. Now, you can easily create a layered potato cheese cracker at home.

ingredients:

400 grams of potatoes, peeled, washed, steamed and mashed
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 teaspoon bouillon powder
1 egg


Ingredients contents:
200 grams of cheddar or mozzarella cheese


Coating ingredient:

100 grams of cornstarch
300 grams of cracker
3 eggs
Cooking oil to taste


How to make:
1. Combine all ingredients skin, mix until dough is not sticky to the touch.
2. Take a spoonful of mashed potatoes. Spherical shape, flatten, fill with a teaspoon of cheese, then a round shape again. Do it until the dough runs out.
3. Roll dough on cornmeal, dip into beaten egg, then coat with cracker.
4. Fry in hot oil so that the yellow-brown, remove from heat. Serve while warm. More delights are served at tea.
