INGRDIENTS:
- 600 g medium-size potatoes, peeled, cut into quarters
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 100 gr onions, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
- 750 ml of water
- 50 grams kaprimuda, clean
- 100 g beef, thinly sliced
- 100 ml Japanese soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
HOW TO MAKE:
1. Saute onion and garlic until wilted and
2. Insert beef, stir until stiff
3. Add seasoning and water, simmer
4. Enter the potatoes, cook over low heat until the potatoes are tender and the sauce is almost gone
5. Insert peas, stir until wilted. lift
6. Serve warm
