CHICKEN YAKINIKU

Recipe CHICKEN YAKINIKU

 

 

 Ingredients:

- 500 grams of beef (sirloin), cut into thin strips

- 100 ml chicken broth 
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced 
- 3 pieces of garlic, finely chopped

- pepper to taste 
- salt to taste

Seasoning sauce:
  • 100 ml Kikkoman 
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce 
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce 
  • 1 tbsp sugar 
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame 
  • 1 leek
How to cooking:
  1. Combine all seasoning sauce, cook until boiling, then lift, strain and chill.
