Recipe CHICKEN YAKINIKU
Ingredients:
- 500 grams of beef (sirloin), cut into thin strips
- 2 onion, thinly sliced
- 100 ml chicken broth
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 3 pieces of garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

Seasoning sauce:
- 100 ml Kikkoman
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame
- 1 leek
