How to Make Chicken Soto
Materials Needed for Making Chicken Soto:
Half chickens (300gr) chicken
1.750ml water
2 cm galangal, crushed
1 whole clove
2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
1 tsp salt
cooking oil
2 tsp lime juice
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Spices that are:
8 red onions
4 cloves of garlic
2 cm turmeric
2 cm ginger
1 tsp pepper
1 tablespoon toasted coriander
3 grains of toasted hazelnut
Complementary Soto Ayam Lamongan:
100gr toge
30gr dry suun
2 boiled eggs
30gr cabbage, thinly sliced
1 stalk celery, sliced tips
1 tbsp garlic fries
cayenne pepper
how to make:
1. Add chicken to the pan with water, then add ginger, clove, lemongrass and salt, cook until boiling. Reduce the heat, boil until the oily chicken broth and chicken tenders.
