Crispy Fried Vegetables Recipe

ingredients:
- 250 broccoli, cut in each bud
- 250 cauliflower, cut each bud
- 2 pieces of eggplant purple, cut oblique
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 eggs, beaten off
- 200 g ready-made seasoned flour
- Cooking oil to taste
- Sprinkle the vegetables with salt and pepper until blended.
- Dip vegetables into beaten egg, roll over the seasoned flour until blended.
- Fry into hot oil until cooked, remove and drain.
- Serve with chili sauce
