Crispy Fried Vegetables Recipe

Vegetables do not have to always fry. Can also be enjoyed occasionally dry, one by frying. Like this recipe, crispy fried vegetables.



 
Crispy Fried Vegetables







 ingredients:
  •  250 broccoli, cut in each bud
  •  250 cauliflower, cut each bud
  • 2 pieces of eggplant purple, cut oblique
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 eggs, beaten off
  • 200 g ready-made seasoned flour
  • Cooking oil to taste
How tom makes:
  1. Sprinkle the vegetables with salt and pepper until blended.
  2. Dip vegetables into beaten egg, roll over the seasoned flour until blended.
  3. Fry into hot oil until cooked, remove and drain.
  4. Serve with chili sauce
