Fried chicken sauce

As with other foods, fried chicken sauce-making process is not difficult. This recipe is if you like sometimes we can try to make




ingredients to make:
  • 500 grams of chicken meat 
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce (to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper 
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt 
  • 1/2 teaspoon chicken Royco 
  • 100 ml of water 
  • 3 red onions thinly sliced 
  • 2 cloves of garlic thinly sliced 
  • Oil for frying
How to Make Fried Chicken Seasoning Soy Sauce:
  1. Wash chicken, cut according to taste
  2. Sprinkle chicken with pepper and salt to taste 
  3. Let stand for 15 minutes 
  4. Fry over low heat until browned and cooked color. lift drain
  5. Saute garlic and onion until fragrant 
  6.   Pour water, add salt, pepper, Royco. stir 
  7. Add chicken fried, add the soy sauce, stir and cook until sauce shrink
  8. Serve lift
