Fuyunghai Recipe

Recipe fuyunghai



Fuyunghai recipe is adapted from the chinese cuisine. fuyunghai or an omelet with crab meat. This recipe is included in a very practical dish to be prepared, so it would make a great side dish when breakfast or dinner

Ingredients:
  • 5 chicken eggs
  • 150 grams of canned crab meat 
  • 100 grams of cabbage, finely shredded 
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt 
  • Oil for frying
Sauce:       
  • 1 clove of garlic  
  • 1 tomato 
  • 2 large red chilies, seeded 
  • ½ tsp salt 
  • 1 tsp sugar 
  • 100 ml of water
How to make:
  1. Prepare a large bowl, break eggs, mixed with crab meat and cabbage. Puree garlic, pepper and salt. Combine with egg mixture.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in non-stick skillet, enter egg batter, fry until yellowish. Remove and set aside. Do it until the dough runs out.
  3. Boil the sauce ingredients, except sugar and salt, in 100 ml of water until wilted. Remove and drain. Puree the sauce ingredients, add salt and sugar. Cook briefly until slightly thickened
  4. Serve with the sauce Fuyunghai omelet.
