Mushroom Oyster Sauce Recipe
ingredients:
- 100 grams oyster mushrooms
- 50 grams of shrimp
- 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, geprek
- 1/2 teaspoon of tomato sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- a little water
How to make:
- Shredded-shredded mushrooms. Wash mushrooms thoroughly and squeeze until no water in it.
- Saute onion and garlic until fragrant. Add the shrimp. Stir until shrimp are reddish.
