Oyster mushroom sauce

Mushroom Oyster Sauce Recipe






ingredients:
  • 100 grams oyster mushrooms 
  • 50 grams of shrimp 
  • 1/2 onion, thinly sliced 
  • 3 cloves garlic, geprek 
  • 1/2 teaspoon of tomato sauce 
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper 
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt 
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce 
  • a little water






How to make:
  1. Shredded-shredded mushrooms. Wash mushrooms thoroughly and squeeze until no water in it. 
  2. Saute onion and garlic until fragrant. Add the shrimp. Stir until shrimp are reddish. 
  3. Enter the fungus. Stir evenly. Add oyster sauce, tomato sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir evenly. Add a little water. Cook until done.
  4. Remove and serve.
